HTML How to stop autoplaying videos until I scroll to it ?

I know how to make videos autoplay in twine sugarcube. Usualy in a passage with one or more videos it starts automatical playing once the passage loads. What I want is to autoplay the video once it becomes visible and stop when I scroll up or down and the video is no longer visible. So imagin I have a passage with the follwing format

[TEXT CONTENT]

[VIDEO]

[TEXT CONTENT]

[BUTTON]

What I want is to prevent the video from autoplaying untile I scroll to it and then also for it to pause once I scroll out of it.

That is for when entering the viewport. To stop the videos, I think you just need to check when isIntersecting is false.
You'll also need to somehow start observing all the videos on the page, not just one.
