and I'm not talking about the saves in the games folder, I'm talking about the saves stored on the device itself
Make sure your windows file explorer options have set to show hidden folders.
Go to: %appdata% and find the folders of the games you want to transfer
That should open up c:\Users\[account]\Appdata\Roaming\
You might also want to look at c:\Users\[account]\Appdata\Local\
and c:\Users\[account]\Appdata\LocalLow\
Also, if you have any unity games, the developer may have the player information saved in your windows registry. If you don't know what to do in windows registry - know that doing the wrong thing can foul up your computer and require a reformat. If you there are saves in your registry and you want to transfer them - look up youtube videos and go to the game-specific threads.
