So i have put up a translation request about 2 months ago for a game called Dirty Prison Ship and no one has shown any interest to do so. That is understandable, however, i wanted to know if there was a way i could translate the game myself using some kind of program. If you know the way to do it or what program to use - please do share! Thanks in advance.

You mean for doing a proper translation or just MTLing it?

It allows you to MTL and play it, it works on rpgm/wolfrpg
Probably if you search properly, you will find more and better tools for that and other engines anyway
