Others How to translate old PC games (PC-98 games)

So I was playing this old H game called "Tōshin Toshi" (闘神都市), which roughly translates to "The City of the Fighting Gods". It was made by Alice Soft on December 15th, 1990 and was released for the PC-98, an old Japanese computer series. I want to translate the game into English, but I have no clue how to translate PC-98 games. I've looked it up on Google and there seems to be a few tutorials on it, but nothing really in depth on it. So, does anybody know how to translate PC-98 games or any old PC game?

I can't help with translating anything, but I do remember that Toshin Toshi 1 and 2 already have fan translations.
