Well I feel stupid
I tried Bepl 5, 6, these "IL2s". The plugins folder is not created after starting the game, so of course the config folder is not either. I tried to simply create both folders (First of course, just the plugins folder with SW to see if it works and no, it doesn't create a config ), I insert the specified config and the bird is still in pixel art

Oh that might work.
I managed to uncensor it with an asset patch so that mod should work if I configure it properly.

there is 1 texture_00 texture in the game. you don't need use an MD5. rename to texture_00_.png.
If you use MD5, nvidia and intel GPU users will see censored image. or you need to prepare an MD5 suitable for GPUs.
