Tutorial RPGM How to Use Translator++ to Translate an Mtool Translation file

I was having that problem when I used red translator with sugoi. I'm not really sure whats causing that.

Its weird because the translation method should not impact how mtool reads the json (right?). How does mtool knows how you translated the file? If you use another translator does it do the same? I was checking both the original and the translated files but i didnt see any important difference

so i had some issues with the resulting .json file and its annoying "" things.
I first followed the steps to delete " in general in translater++.
Then i did my own thing, opened it in notepad++ and used following replace. make sure to tick the box for regex
seek for:

(:\s*)"([^"]*?)"(?=(?:,|\}))

replace with:
\1"\2"

For me it cleaned ALOT of the annoying stuff.

Hello, I have a problem using Translator++. When I select all needed cells, tag in with green and translate all green tag, every text, that include "\i[0]", "\i[124]" and similar to it I have 0xf0006, 0xf0007 0xf0008 e.t.c. Most games don't have this issue. Maybe someone know solution to this problem?

Use Grok to translate in batches. When you have the corresponding transfile, you’ll start feeding Grok manageable batches of 50 lines (even though Grok can process quite a lot of text, like any AI it has a character limit). Why do I recommend Grok? Because it has no +18 filter, and the quality is very good. Plus, you can give it whatever instructions you want. Depending on the amount of text in the translation file, it may take you anywhere from an hour to several days, depending on how fast you are at copying and pasting.

Ive had good sucess with the offline version of sugoitoolkit. There is instruction on how to set it up on the guys website.

Thank you so much, great tutorial and it worked perfectly, though I'm going to look into using the offline version of sugoi or grok because google translate doesn't do a good job lol

Is grok free to use...? Are there other rate limits besides the character limit?
