How to view .PNG images on windows?

After a quick search on the web, there's mention that windows Photo Viewer and even Paint should do it, but not on my case. I also tried Paint 3D, Photos, Quicktime PictureViewer and even couple of programs that I downloaded like File Viewer Plus. The images in question are from the game TimeStamps Unconditional Love (folder Timestamps/resources/graphics/pictures). I know there's a CG link for the images in question, but I just want to solve this PNG problem, I remember that was another game that I couldn't view them as well because of that.

Hmm, when I try to upload a file I get this message:

"The following error occurred
The uploaded file was not an image as expected."

I just noticed something else, that folder also has .jpg images that I can't see them as well. I guess that is some sort of software on that game folder that doesn't allow me to view the images.

if I'm not mistaken, those images are protected by the same game engine.

the game has protected files. You have a cg rip on the thread. download that for the pics
