It's not exactly true. There's no way to automatically filter, but you can use the search feature for this.

Go to the game section, enter the language English name, then check "Search titles and first posts only" box. Like the language officially handled by the game are listed in the thread opening, you'll get something like this:

As I implied, it's not exactly a filtering, but the result is relatively easy to read.

That only includes officially supported languages, or very rare exceptions (tipically bigger games). Translation threads actively translate many games in other languages, but they stay within the thread. For instance, I'm aware that most of my games got an italian and even spanish translation, but I never linked them to my thread nor did the uploaders.

The best way is to specify the language you are interested to, link to the currently available translation thread/group, then use the search function within said thread to see if the game you are interested in has been translated, or request it.
