Identify HTML transformation school setting game, with a friend involved

I remember playing a HTML game that started off with you being sent to some school/tricked by a friend (?) and then it's a weird MtF transformation game, and the friend eventually shows up and fucks you. I remember being graded, and forced wardrobe changes, and living at the school.

I scrolled through all the HTML games and didn't find it, so either it's not allowed here anymore or it changed names maybe?

Am I thinking of a way early version of Perverted Education or something maybe?
