My biggest gripe is that I find the size of the cock can often end up seeming average. For example, look at the 3d animation genre — in ~70% of videos the guy is packing a foot long schlong. Nothing to write home about in this thread but in the real world that should be a boarder line record breaking size. So when the girl just sees that and (as is the norm in the genre) simply continues without going all “woah holy fucking shit it’s huge” and is stunned just staring at it for a while, it feels like this is just a normal cock and nothing to write home about. You get the same problem in gangbangs where all the guys being unrealistically hung makes it not really seem like any are hung and this is just fairly average in this world. My solution to this is pretty simple: include an average (or even below average) penis. It doesn’t have to be on a relevant character or anything, just have a scene where someone’s watching porn and the guy’s rocking a 4.5 incher or have the cast go to a beach and the MC (or anyone you want to portray as hung) is clearly way bigger than the background passers by and are drawing stares and stuff. Of course, having person about to get their guts rearranged comment on and react to the big cock helps too. Imo the dick doesn’t have to be that big (by this threads standards) but rather it’s better to be in the 12-15 inch range so long as people react to it realistically. I find dicks the size of a leg or bigger appealing too but a woman’s stomach can only bulge to much before it no longer feels like the dick is incredible for moving a usually firm stomach, and more like the stomach just has the consistency of a deflated balloon.
Another thing i’d consider is making the setting more interesting. It isn’t too hard to have a background of a society on an island in the sky or some sci-fi mars colony instead of a boring modern city. Not really related to the huge cock genre, just a fairly easy change that I think makes stuff much more engaging.
We also don’t see enough games where the MC is a monster/beast. Stuff like ravager (where you play as a dragon fucking your way to the throne) is a prime example. Always makes for a more interesting plotline.

A story idea I've always hoped someone would make is a minotaur with elves. Like he gets injured in the forest and the elves bring him to their village to care for him, but he stays. There are surprisingly few monster stories with huge cocks, and yeah as you say the ones that are there are just aggro.
Yep. Like, I don't mind some aggro, or aggro as an option, but it shouldn't always be the default. Minotaur becoming a guardian of an elf village makes for a nice plot, some nice characters, and offers a variety of different options gameplay-wise (even if you follow the general visual novel approach) - classic RPG, city builder, maybe roguelite if you go and explore the forest to bring back things to help the villagers, giving you boons for future explorations.
Another thing. Speaking purely from a game perspective, having actual pictures of the protagonist and, ideally, the giant dick in the game page is appreciated. It should be the default, I feel like there should awlays be a revealing pic of the protag since they're going to be something you'll see often and you let players decide upfront if they vibe with it or not, but most games just post renders of the romanceable characters, often not even putting gameplay.

Yeah this is a big pet peeve I have on here. I can't count the number of times I've flipped through the images (first here, then itch, then searching Google), found nothing, downloaded the game, and opened up the contents to go through images and see if it's playable or not. I get the impression a lot of people have preferences one way or another, seems like it should be customary to include an image. But hey all the game makers are independent and not following anyone's rules, so what can you do.
