Roundscape Adorevia is really good. As well, lots of games by Acerola also fit that category, such as Treasure Hunter Claire or Brave Alchemist Colette. Also, I have tons of hours in games from OneOne1, including The Heiress, Meritocracy of the Oni and Blade, and Ideology in Friction.
The OneOne1 games don't really get going with the sex unless you lose a boss battle so you lose your virginity, but after that there's tons of content. In contrast, the Acerola games let you get right into it from the start. I haven't started a new game of Roundscape in a really long time so I might be wrong here, but I think there are some characters you'll be able to get in bed with right away, but most of the scenes involving your party members will require you to make choices that raise their corruption stat. You probably won't get a ton of scenes with them until the middle or end of the game. Overall, you'll probably spend 95% of your time doing normal RPG stuff. That being said, once you get into the game it usually isn't hard to find a good scene if you go looking.
Bear in mind that all the games I listed are anime styled and have female protagonists, except for Roundscape which allows you to be a dude if you want. If you want to be able to put tons of hours in and still find new stuff to do and people to meet, Roundscape is probably most up your alley, but all of these games are really good in my opinion.

If you are fine with SRPGs, try Venus Blood Frontier. Very focused on tentacles, but it has great corruption and the gameplay side is as fun as non porn SRPGs. Story and characters are great too.
If you want epic RPG, Ikuta Megami Zero is a ridiculously epic story.
