Is the game to difficult? Try blocking.
Seriously, almost every attack that's not an enemy combo finisher can be blocked. Even better, if you block just as you are about to get hit, you stun the enemy, interrupting their attack, and causing them to take triple armor damage. You can even stun the laser drones, making them way easier to take out.
Play defensively, and try to get stuns and then strip your enemies. Once stripped, you can easily combo your enemies and launch them into traps, and interrupt their attacks with your own attacks.

I'm stuck after the Unity logo pops up. There's a black screen with "ver. ---" at the bottom left. Does anyone know what to do?

EDIT: Is this game just all bondage and that's it? The enemies don't even have animations for attacks when you're down or grabs or anything sexy.

Game has no explicit content per se, all you get is visible boobs on the main character. Everything else is just bondage, and not even anything fancy at that, just literally them being there bonded. You can whip them, but you don't see the whip or anything else really. Just them squirming a bit. Story isn't anything good either. Good to sink time for a little bit if you like the eye candy though.

I have been a long time patreon to Hajime and therefor be biased. Huuma mina is Hajimes 3rd game and i like seeing him getting better and better at it, Cinderella escape 1 & 2 were nice games and I had fun playing them. Huuma mina is similar in some ways but expands on previous mechanics and graphics. I like the art and gameplay style. That been said, his games are tailored to a specific taste, and are a little less hardcore than other titles available. He emphesises (I might have butchered that word, sorry not a native english speaker) on gameplay and not on hardcore sex and rapescenes. Give it a try but if you expect hardcore BDSM Sex and Penetration you might be better off elsewhere.
Also, your specs are not that impressive to brag about, just go play some minecraft or something. Geez..

You get it from an interrogation later from a quest capture. Think you need to complete the main story to unlock that quest.

Has anyone figured out how to correct (i.e. "invert") the mouse y axis? There are two option settings labelled "Invert camera (horizontal)". Yes, they're both labelled "horizontal". And they both do nothing on my system. Neither horizontally nor vertically. I can't really play the game with this prank mouse control system in place.
So, trying this today and while some of the combat is fine, the spear wielding enemy you have to fight in the second mission is complete bullshit. Yes, I can dodge and block. The problem is that the level 2 enemy lands one hit, and I get completely stun locked and am unable to do anything. The combo does so much damage that I lose all the costume durability and 3/4 of my health in on combo set, when I'm level 8.
While I'm not sure that leveling actually does anything, I've bought one accessory which is all I can get without grinding a shit ton of money.
Edit: Continuing on, and yeah. The stun locking and massively powerful enemy attacks compared to non-ground stats are ridiculously high. It feels like there really should be a difficulty setting to make enemies easier to fight, but there's none I can find. I got to the park area, took just a little clothing damage and got hit by 1 combo from a blonde scythe lady, and lost the remaining 3/4ish of my durability on the first hit and 9/10ths of my health from the rest of the combo due to the stun lock.

No idea how visible this is to his patrons, but it's not Hajime's third game. This game is a sequel to the first Huuma Mina game, which came before the two Cinderella Escape games. The executable name even says MinaGame2. If you can find it, the first game actually makes the second one less confusing to get into. Who is the prisoner you start out with? Well, she is part of the plot of the first game.
