yeah happened to me a lot as well, unless im missing something the mod seems to make the game unplayable. Pretty unfortunate.

Tried this aswell on a fresh save, also had AP recovery issues as soon as i got the pinned status, definitely doesn't seem intentional so i'd wait for a fix on that.
Also should mention, i think changelog has a typo with the yellow boss, it says "will not attempt sex" but should probably be "will now attempt sex"

You're right, that was not intentional, it was a bug. The AP issue and the image load error were two separate issues, and I should have fixed both of them. Please re-download the newest upload, replace everything, and try that. Assuming it works as intended now, I may be open to tweaking the numbers again, but remember that you can potentially get up to +4 AP and +4 Card draws per turn later on.

Normal enemies are fine now, but bosses still seem broken after the fight once pinned. If you can manage to kill a normal enemy while in a pinned state after that though, it'll fix itself.

Also it's been a problem since the earliest version of the patch I think, but sometimes the CG in the pregnancy doctor scene is glitched and broke. Happened to both adult and loli form for me.

OK, the last upload was causing the error on start up again, so I believe everything should be working now. I tried downloading everything from scratch again and it should work. Edit: accidentally forgot to re-enable random battles. That should also be good now.
As for the doctor scene, I didn't actually touch the scene itself, just the chance of it triggering. I went ahead and took a look though. For some reason, you are inflicted with the pinned status in the event. I imagine that might be causing trouble, and removing it didn't seem to harm anything, so hopefully that helps. If not, I'm pretty sure that's an original bug (there definitely are some).

This is just a suggestion, but would you find cool if there's some gimmick to the clothing store? It always feels weird to me how they just give free cloth with no tradeoff, and come quite frequently after you're naked.
Maybe there should be some fee or some 'requests' they might want from us or something?
Edit: I forgot to mention that it doesn't seem intentional that when choosing starting class, no matter if you pick remembering or not, the class list would still be brought up.

Ok, I fixed the class selection and uploaded a new version.
I actually had the bonus chance for that event a little high, so I reduced the bonus chance by half.
I don't really want to go through and overhaul all the events, but just for you, I went ahead and spiced up the seamstress just a little. Since it won't be obvious from a players perspective, I'll just say that there are a couple different outcomes depending on if you have high enough morality or gold.

I've made a new mini mod for Kunoichi Botan. I've decided to make is a Patreon exclusive for the foreseeable future, but I've added the changes here. If you'd like to support me, please go check it out.
Progress on Dragon Conqueror is coming along as well. I've made quite a few changes to how combat works (did you know that 3 of the stats did either literally nothing or almost nothing?), free-roam pregnancy (complete cycle) before/without needing the hospital or other events. Additional functionality for pigs, dogs, dolphins. Also a brand new public indecency system, in which I've actually made new map changes to facilitate. There is an early build of the mod on my Patreon now, but I'm planning on releasing it here as usual sometime after I actually finish the mod.
