This version sucks balls, why doesn't she wear the attire from the original version?
The translations also sucks balls, better to learn japanese and read the original than this. At least its way more worth it in this game. It took only 30 seconds and I noticed a dozen different grammar mistakes. Not only that, but the original felt way hotter in terms of prose.
Another major failure by the devs. She wears a swimsuit here, and the scene that demands it she changes into bras and whatever the story requires. Could easily allow to make her wear different clothes, the original is times better than this shit. At least there her clothes made sense. Has to be a bug, a broken start wasn't in the game. Maybe it also explains the smaller filesize, they stripped most of the content of the game away I guess.
Might as well close your eyes and imagine playing a game instead of playing this shit, this garbage fucking sucks.

I only test on Linux so if I posting it it gonna run. The issue you having is because the directx dlls are in game root so it loads those instead of DXVK (Assuming you added DXVK to the WINE Prefix). With Windows PE binaries they will load dependency locally before checking PATH - hence your issue.
a lot of "fake" ntr happening in the game, you get cucked by Mr.Sato multiple times but time rewind it

so where the fuck you can save ,there is no save system
There is a autosave system but without Save folder in Data, you would play without saving at all.

How do I get the rest of the inspirations? I only got the nude photo and the Deep Dreaming, but nothing else.

Looks like creating a Save folder (just an empty folder called Save in [game folder]\Data\), letting it create a save and relaunching the game kicks up a new part of the game, I'm learning of new scenes and getting new quests after it (current stage, Sato red, chatting with people)
Edit: I think you basically need the save folder to be able to Confess, since it ends your game
Edit edit: Still don't recommend the game, it's basically 10pictures with a lot of work in between

Same, closest thing was an off hand comment about breeding when you beat the game but nothing more concrete that. pretty much a let down.
