It was called something similar to shota island I think and it was on some japanese site. It had a sort of medieval setting to it? There were quests i think...there was a tavern in one scene. And there was sex scenes (probably censored) and i think that is how you fought though I am unsure. Also all the characters dressed pretty lewdly i think. And I am pretty sure you gathered more companions and could have sex with them.
