I remember the details quite a lot.
It was a less popular game, most likely written in Unity. It featured a "chad" MC who's dad in the game is shown as a 2d chad image, something like
The MC goes from USA back to Japan (he went to high school in US) to meet up his friends and stuff.
It is pretty story heavy and you will not get hentai elements unless you put a few hours into the game.
