I'm looking for a game where the mc was a man but for some reason was turned into a woman this is the minimum I'm looking for it can also be any kind of game or rpg or something else doesn't matter

I cannot really recommend unbiased because transformation more than 'slutification' is not really my kink, but some general hints. If you search with the sissification and maybe transformation tag you will find this theme. You could also visit tfgamesite which is particularly specialized. I did like trap quest, but mainly played as girl, tf card battle and secretary were a bit too much for me, but good games. There's the company, girl life, a lot to choose from, actually.
