First up, I'd also say do the things that you yourself like to see.

Also, some people on this forum see a tag that they dislike and close the thread. What I'm suggesting is that you make some of the fetishes optional (within reason - you may want to make other content, so it's extra work) and make it clear in the game description that it's optional.
