Highly unlikely, dev tends to always do one and done except for doing bug fixes
Always expected to get AT LEAST some other scenes since 2nd game, mostly because he was always showing the girls from the 1st game getting attacked by enemies right into the 2nd game, but that might have been just "extras" on his Ci-en posts
He did nice stuff in this game however it was barely 2-3 scenes, the fact that the scenes could trigger depending if the character had fear (stray dog) or was stuck with the vibrator in the bar was an interesting concept....Which he no longer did with other scenes
Hopefully he does a content update or Paid DLC cause it could be worth it

Odd, I didn't spot anything when I was going through the files. There is a NewGame+ mode already in the game. It does contain unique items, but they're store bought (Super Oroni Ointments and Blessed Water). There are also stronger enemies that drop unique equipment but these are spawned when Shira gives birth. All the items in Armors.json are accounted for by those. The only items I spotted that is unused was a premature ejaculation orb which appears to be explicitly rejected.
I think this is a great example of what I meant by low effort, useless feedback and why even if it was a compliment it's still hostile.

Is the newgame+ playable and if so how you lauch it since I've beat the game but I don't have the option for it.

Yes. There is an item in your inventory, DTM, that allows you to trigger the NewGame+. I plan on making it more obvious in future translations that this is what that item does. I'll also include it in the Game Tips file on the next distribution.

Previous game allowed the slug count to exceed 10 after finishing the game. The game files seem to indicate that's still possible, but I haven't found out how. Anyone figured it out?

In the Game Tips file. It is limited to 10 on the first play through but is unlocked by NewGame+.
NG+ is unlocked through the dimensional machine right? Because I used it and still locked at 10

you can equip it on the armor, when you press equip on main menu, you can select below Shire (or just press down arrow) to select the armor, that's where you can equip the orbs

Use the Support spells for boosting attack and defense and Shira should just dumpster him in a few turns. Make sure she has useful equipment, not the Training Collar, and you should be fine. If you're really struggling, get her knocked up by a few monsters and defeat the mutant variants for some powerful equips.
