I can not open Ren'py game

Please help. I can not open Ren'py game on the windows 10, anyone know what is problem? View attachment log.txt

Have you tried running it as administrator and change the compatibility to Windows Vista?

Other problems that might cause that problem:

1. Cyrillic, Hiragana, (...) other alphabets in your directory
2. Drivers
3. Missing files
4. Corrupted files (Because of viruses, bad download or even both)
