HTML I don't wanna go to jail

So, i have small idea for html game with real porn.

And i know that it's kind of illegaly to use images or gifs from porn. And more than that, i also wanna use some pictures (or part of picture) i found on the internet and captured from movies. If i tryhard and put a lot of different backgrounds/filters on the images, how big is my chances to get a lawsuit?

I'd say small unless your game becomes really famous (like "all-time famous HTML game" famous) and there is a potential for a lawsuit to earn the plaintiff significant money in damages.

It is unlikely any serious outfit is going to sue just to prove a point. They are businesses after all.

It's highly unlikely indeed to run into legal trouble (read: next to no chance). For it to happen, it should probably:
- Get noticed by them, which is quite hard.
- Be deemed defamatory for them or otherwise harming their brand.
- Monetized to such a degree that they feel like they're losing income due to it.
- Actually worth the trouble to go after a creator.

In my view, the worst case scenario would be for them to send a DMCA request to whatever platform is hosting/monetizing your game, but I haven't ever heard of such a case either.

Here's the thing. I'm understand that if you put some old/mainstream porn in your game - there is a really small chance to be noticed. BUT. What if i'm accidentally will add something from websites like manyvids or something like that, where content creators are sometimes strikes some porn that people drop in the internet from there?

If I understood that correctly, you mean receiving a lawsuit or something from individual performers of manyvids/myfreecams/etc. if you use part of their clips?

In my view, that has even less chances of happening. Lawsuits are costly to begin with, and for the most part the content is readily available in a myriad other places. In fact, most HTML games use gifs from such videos.
Yes, you *might* get contacted and get asked to remove said material from your game if someone is really driven to go after their content, but still really unlikely.

Leonard french covers this on youtube. It is extremely unlikely you'll be sued.. however.. Criminal charged for copyright violations are i believe only used against organisations committing mass fraud (ie counterfeiting etc).
It IS possible though. It's very unlikely if its from some mainstream porn company.. youre not worth their time. There are however copyright troll companies currently putting videos they own on bittorrent then mass sueing everyone who downloads it (or attempting too), then offering to settle for less than what it would cost to defend.. and just dropping the ones where people actually defended themselves. They file thousands of these suits.
