i extract the game but i can't play it

It means you have extracted an archive with japanese named files without having japanese in your pc, which messes up with the file names and makes them unreadable for the game.
You can fix the issue by innstalling japanese (assuming the game is japanese), and extract again.
You can delete the currently extracted one because the file names cannot be reverted once you unzip.
