Of course I'm still going. Sorry, I took a brief pause on it because there where a few things I had to figure out, specially related to the gameplay loop. There's still a lot of planning to do because well, I have to find workflow that suits me, so I decided that instead of releasing a single version with the intro (which is quite large by itself), I will wait a bit longer so I can have a version with the night and day cycle (that I've already done the prototype, but I'll have to maybe improve it), and a couple of activities and game systems ready, that way I can start focusing on improving the game as a whole (and to have a better idea on how to go forward), and receive better feedback. I'm working hard to get better at animating and structuring the game. But I'm making progress, at least I have a better direction that I had a couple of weeks ago.

I've made a few more animations and scenes that I intend to add on release, and also a quest with minor branching paths, it should be around... Halfway finished, but of course there are other things I want to implement.

(I like how this animations turned out... And finally I could make a half decent male character with the crappy koikatsu models, Still I need to improve in the shading, it's no joke when people say it's the hardest part.)

Nice dude I believe you can improve the quality of the animations with shaders to avoid dithering

two question's 1 do you have any idea when the first release will be an estimate is fine too and my second question what service will you post this on patreon,pixiv or subscribestar

I cannot promise an exact date yet but I would like to have a release ready before june. The first releases are important to me because this is a project I actually want to finish and that requires preparation.

As for platforms for people that want to support me, I'll most likely make a patreon page. I would also like to make a subscribestar but currently it's somewhat complicated for me due to my circumstances, but eventually I will try to make one.

Will there be monster content in the game? And if so what would it be like? Just orcs and goblins? or would there also be stuff like werewolves?

Didn't planned for mid-game pregnancy but pseudo pregnancy isn't off the table, shouldn't be hard to implement for certain scenes.

I'm still outlining the content I'll add in the future but it's great to receive more ideas.

Well most of the content I've planned is human, because the town where the game starts in is a human town.

Still I have a character I'm planning to make an orc, and a few ways to resolve certain quest, can involve monster content. Specially regarding the witch's arc I have planned.

And there's certain "something" I have reserved for goblins :) . So def there will be monster content, just don't expect it to be too predominant.

Once you the first release, do you have any intention of making a discord or patreon so that you can keep people in the loop as to how progress is going or anything like that?

Hmm, haven't thought too much about that but prob I will have to make a social media at some point. Being X, discord, patreon, a forum, etc. I was thinking on making updates and polls on this site but that might not be 100% sufficient, still I'm leaving that part in consideration for now.

Right now I'm precisely working on game structure, outlining the mayor questlines, and working on gameplay loops and testing. It hasn't been a smooth sailing to say the least but I've been making progress. I have the baseline day and day system more or less finished, and npcs and heroine now have a routine, that I intend to make dynamic depending on quest progression or player choice, this will have the potential to unlock sharing routes with the different male (or even female) characters.

My idea as of now is to divide the game into multiple parts that are easier to manage in a smaller scope, and I'll be introducing the game main questlines into those parts. So the first questline of the game will be about the character called Derick and the potion maker, and the questline revolves around netorase, swinging, lesbian, etc. There's also other minor paths with less relevant characters that I want to introduce into that section or part, so for example, the son of the owner of the bathhouse, and the veteran that I've already shown in the main post. Right now the plan is that the game will have 2 halfs, each with 3 mayor questlines (up to change), with their own mechanics and gimmicks introduced that will tie into the game main theme, which is having a demon-esk girlfriend that uses her powers to seduce people, or "get her way" using dark magic.

So now the focus is, besides mostly outlining the main story, to work in the multiple gameplay loops and mechanics, and make them work in sync with the game scenes. Which is a challenge by it self because it's all about making an open world game that doens't feel too grindy and where progression matters, that changes reactively depending on player choice. Once I have everything more or less figured out, the development should be relatively easier and consistent, because making content by itself isn't necessarily too time consuming or too hard, I'm almost confident that I can at least release 3 whole scenes with multiple loops and writting, new locations and npcs etc per month, and my animation quality is improving. But as you see there's still planning I have to do.
