Both Breastacular and GP are almost idiot-proof on the G9. Basically, you just follow the tool-tip help icon in the folder of each of those assets. From your screenshots, it looks like you never applied the Breastacular morph to your G9. You can still move the sliders in the Parameters tab, but there is no mesh for it to work on (other than that small collarbone adjustment that is applied to the base G9 mesh). I just made a test G9 with female shape applied and duplicated the slider effect...

In your Content Library Tab, go to People -> Genesis 9 -> Anatomy -> Breastacular
The first icon is a help tip, just hover over it. The second icon opens a PDF tutorial.

You want the 1A first. That's the normal BL graft. The 1B is for more advanced users as it includes a glove that you can use to deform the BL graft to simulate things like squeezing, etc. Notice I applied the graft with that slider still at 100%, which is hilarious.

Your example didn't have any mats applied, so i put the default Genesis Female mats on it and you'll see that it leaves the BL graft grey.

Now you run step 2. which copies the materials over to your BL graft...

Now you can play with all those effects in the Parameters tab. This allows you to mix and match and apply effects incrementally, to make your own unique body. Alternatively, you can click to apply presets from the content tab, which is basically the same as the sliders but put to 100%. Just for fun, I moved that Crazy 01 Right again and it works now...

For Golden Palace, the procedure is almost exactly the same. The G9 version of GP has made a lot of improvements over the G8 and G8.1 versions. You have one extra step to do, which is apply geoshells for the coloring of the gens (both labia minor and labia major). One important note about using the default Genesis 9 genitals (if you have that anatomical elements pack installed) Daz does not have materials for the default gens. No fucking idea why, as they do sell the mesh, so use those default gens only with characters that include the MAT's for them (there are quite a few G9 character packs that include those mats).
I'll just install the Golden Palace gens...

And they are grey as well. So run #3 the Mat. copy script...

And that's pretty much it! You have BL and GP applied and with the correct textures.

Finally, you will run into the shells turning opaque on you. Sometimes it's because you applied another shell or mesh or morph, and sometimes, they will just glitch when you use tools like Meshgrabber. It happens fairly often, but fixing them is easy. Just hide/unhide each of the shells to determine which one is acting up. Sometimes two shells are glitched. Then run one of the Shell Fix scripts. BL has one script and GP has two. This will fix 99% of these glitches. For the other 1% you need to copy/apply textures in a slightly more advanced way, or to manually turn off shell visible surfaces through the parameter tab.
Anyhow, that's my ghetto tutorial. I'm bored while running some spot renders so I killed some time with this
