VN I have a question about making game about trans girls? do people like it? is there any interest in that?

The first thing you want to ask yourself, is if YOU get horny by seeing trans girls. The one writing, coding and drawing will be you, no one else, and even if you commision the drawing or writing, you will be the one that puts it together.

Anything that deviates from the usual cookie cutter straight harem is niche. But as anything, if your game is good, people will gravitate towards it.

When I created my first (and current game) I was sure where I was aiming to: A sandbox full of M/M sex (with some BDSM added on it), with bara type guys using real porn. SUPER NICHE, but I had a loyal playerbase (barely +30 patreons) from day one. Any game heavily LGBT based will be niche, doesn't matter if it's lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans.

If you make a poll right here right now, any LGBT content will be the least voted. Do not expect to do a LGBT game and start swimming in patreons. That won't happen.

The urge to create should eat you from inside like the Alien from the movie. The Muse should make you her worthless bitch. Asking a bunch of random strangers about whether you should create or not is not a step in the right direction.

In other words: if you want to create it, if it turns you on, do it. Do it long enough, regularly enough and good enough and people will take notice and eventually be willing to pay.

You are an indie amateur future game developer, not the owner of an AAA video games studio. What you're saying only works for the second, because they have a full ship of slaves employees that works for them and graduated in their respective field.
But you are alone, at most average in writing, drawing/rendering, and coding. What mean that there's really few chances that you game will make more than US$ 100/month, with really high chances that you'll have to works your ass out, using all your free time and giving up in most of your social life, to make it.

Starting there, the only way to have a feeling of success is to make something that you really want to make.
A story that you would have pleasure to develop, even during the hard times, because its yours and you really want to share it, even if it's just with the few peoples interested.
A game for which you're ready to pass a full night working on it, just to make this small piece of code finally works.
A project that you'll often hate, but a hate that you'll have already forgot the next day, because you love it more than the anger it sometimes trigger.
Something that, when you look at it, make you say, "it worth the sacrifice I have to make for it". This even if there's just a handful of people who seem to play it, and even if it cost you all the money you put aside and never really payed back.

And your "there only few games like that so i came up with this" is not a premise that match with all this...
