There is not a lot of correlation between Mudblood and Karryns, but I assume you are looking for games with both a corruption and a combat element, while also having high quality graphics. If you got to "Latest Updates" the look on the right side, go to "Engines" then click the check marks for "Unreal" and "Unity" you will get the higher graphic games you may be looking for.
