I notice that when I posted ideas to make games people were not interested.So I decided to make it myself but I need help and tips for getting started. My first idea was Kuroinu with a Massive XOver with character Creation.Mostly a hand draw 16 bit style rpg. I would like if actually creators artists recommend me tips on equipment and devices needed to get started.
