I need help with a problem of "save" of visual novel

Hello guys! I need your help with this problem: when I try to save a game from an Orcsoft visual novel, it doesn't let me, it marks this message:

ファイルに保存できません (ファイルを閾けないか 書き込み禁止です)
"Cannot save to file (do not threshold file or write-protect)"


I would appreciate your technical help.
