I need help with adding my signature

So I'm pretty much a noobie when it it comes to forums, even though I've explored many forums in my lifetime and wanted to add a signature. I was following this tutorial to the t

and I keep getting an error when trying to save. (Image is provided) What I want to know is if I don't have the privilege as I'm a relatively new member to this community or if it something else?
