Identify I need to find these two games

1. So the first game, its a top down 2d adventure. Male protagonist, you go to school, you do these quests for girls in the school. I remember that it has a minimap and on the botom right there was a construction site. It has really nice graphics, and i dont know in which engine it was made, i think unity or rpgm.

2. The second game is a game where you play as a guy who goes to work every day, he has two twin sisters, and a mom who lives with them. You can spy on the sisters in the shower. Later in the game he gets a job at an office, and his boss is this bossy and dominant, makes you clean her office and arrange names in order. She also makes you dress accordingly.

First game could be 95% of the RPGM games. Need way better/more info.

Second game is pretty vague. So here is latest updates with an edit on tags. add/remove what you remember to hopefully narrow it down, however all games aren't properly tagged. So might not help.

The first game to me almost sounds like My New Life by BeggarofNet. If that is it, you don't want the revamp, you want version 2.1

The first one isnt in rpgmi think, im preety sure its unity. It has pixelated graphics, and reminds me of summertime saga, but you walk to your destinations instead of clicking on them on the map. Theres a bunch of mini games you can do to get more scenes unlocked.

The second one i think was in unity or renpy, its a point and click. I remember that its a transformation game where in the begining youre a normal guy and by the end you wear girly clothes and shit. I dont know if i downloaded it here or on tfgamessite. Also as i said, in the begining you work at a construction site, and later on you work in an office for a female bossy boss who makes you wear girly clothes and clean her office. I also remember that the mom in the game works at a sperm donation clinic or whatevs. Please if you know it help. Thanks in advance :3 <3
