Hmm try the newest Github patch again since it just got updated. It could be your base game not having certain images.

Are you certain 1.03 is the last update? There are mentions of 1.03.4 both in his Ci-En comment section and on the instructions from the last patch.

I bought the game so I just DL the latest on DLSite. He hasn't been numbering his patches so its been hard to tell which is latest but yeah 1.03.4 might be the one you need.

Edit 3: Gallery also works following Dazedanon instructions to patch the game in English. Just make sure to start patching from 1.03.4 (1.03 might work I'm not sure). Also, MAKE SURE TO HAVE JAPANESE LOCALE ON YOUR SYSTEM. Patching won't work properly otherwise. Thanks dazedanon
Edit 2: I can confirm that the 0918 patch work as intended on a 1.03.4 jap version. Unlocked gallery with the item works properly, even on older saves. Don't forget to extract with japanese locale enabled, that's what gave me error below.
Edit: Checked the files and this file does seem to be missing. This seems to be the flashback file from armory part job scene. No idea why it's missing.
Ok so from my understanding, the new 0918 patch has a gallery unlock option. I tested it on a freshly downloaded 1.03.4 version and nope, still get errors opening the gallery.
Gallery from the get go gives no errors, but using the new cheat item and unlocking the gallery from a fresh save breaks it with missing image error.

Looks like when viewing the secret diary, it's still all in japanese, even after running the patcher.
If I run the Game_EN.exe, naturally it's english, but unfortunately, that itself is only on patch 1.0 still. Any thoughts on this?

Havent checked DLsite if the EN exe has been updated but yea I also get the same issues some parts are not translated.
It hasn't. I just purhcased it, and downloaded, and it's still 1.0.
I've tried spending some time figuring out how that screen is even displayed, but I think it uses an image which is located under
img\pictures\エロステータス
It's menu_P02 枠 PC001
If th is had the english translation over it, it'd work.
Not really sure how to gain access to that aspect from the EN.exe version

play the game a different way. i ran into this bug my first time. the answer is dont talk to bardon. he is dead in ur playthrough. u can unlock this scene by not progressing the plot past the death of the madame in charge of the whore house. and then hunting down the bardon tim scenes. basically go back and forth from the orphanage and the book store.

Looks like the Dev put out a mod that adds a new scene to the game. They also said they want others to mod the game and add their own content. This new mod he made doesn't work at all with any of the English patches sadly.

Honestly the more I'm seeing of this the more this game just needed more time to cook, kind of seems like he just wants others to take over his stuff now, that's sloppy.
I think it's a very negative way of seeing his work, he created the basis of a new VH
