News to me, tbh. I haven't heard anything about that or the other creators complaining, while at least some contributors like the Rosemary fork dev (while I don't think they're one of the 'old timers'?) seem not only cool with VP but are actively modding it. Though I'd also be surprised to hear much of anything from the other OG VH devs, since other than myself not knowing Japanese, many/most of them seem to have dropped out of the project long ago (as is reasonable for a project with a model like VH's, where you only have to contribute whenever & whatever you feel like it).
I did notice some very distinct differences between VP's world/characters and VH's, like Serena's characterization being overhauled and her already having met Erika before the events of VH. So I've always thought that if the creator did go on to make a VH-timeframe sequel to VP, it would already necessarily have to be more or less an AU take anyway.

Well I'm pretty sure for one character he got permission to use or that mightv been speculation but let's not make it seem this dev is gonna leave for milk. Vp became a huge success which means more games equal more money in the long run. Also while it's a spinoff,the game can be seen as a prequel as the ending eludes to it.

At least for monsters, it takes a little less than a week for them to be born. Then if you don't get rid of them for about another week, they'll grow up and rape Serena before leaving. (The slime child doesn't seem to do this, it might just sit there or have another trigger I don't know about.)
You can speed the process up by drinking potions because it increases the growth of the fetus. If you get raped by the stallion you wake up in the clinic because your body was destroyed and needed huge doses of potions, this brings the stallion fetus on its final days before birth, so I dont think you can abort it
I'm at the brothel town with 3 grand but every time I try to talk to cecilia nothing happens, how do I fix this bug
I tried using the 1.0 patch to get past it with imported saves from the updated version but when I do get past in the 1.0 it wont let me save without a loading glitch
Using 1.04.3, the name are now in japanese on the most recent after a deed were completed. Without 1.04.3, everything is in english name still

Got to say I really hate how on rails this game is. You have to endure like 3 hours of extremely linear boring gameplay to even get to the point you can have sex it seems. It's like the worst guided tutorial people complain about in modern AAA games except this game never seems to "open up", and let you just have fun playing it.
Not really 3 hours but more of a long slog of text where you are story locked at the prologue until you enter a part after the prologue boss fight where you are finally FREEEE!!!!
But also not free because the events are locked via trigger events.
Ideally the best thing you can do is do a proper save BEFORE or AFTER you get to the main city. Then you can skip that tutorial on every playthrough
