I'd say it's pretty 50/50 regarding monsters and humans. Some scenes are unavoidable and will trigger even if you do things "right". You'll waste your time.

The game has a virgin ending. You can go through the game, winning every fight, and never actually end up being forced to seggz. There is no 'willing' sex for the girl, everything is molestation and rape. There are also events (hole in the wall) which are obvious rape traps. The game has no reward for going into the spa, for example. So if you want to avoid all rape, do not do things that seem like "Well that's obviously gonna go badly".
Any number of scenes where she's reluctantly enjoying it? Not full corruption, as I know that isn't here, but I'm not into the hardcore non-con. I don't get anything out of it if there's no pleasure, and it's just all heavy trauma abuse and suffering.

No. Every scene is crying, pain, grimacing, begging to stop, pleading, etc. Not sure how much more I need to say to make it understood there is no end to the suffering in this game.
