This feels pretty confusing so theres base versions that are tl'ed but Im kind of waiting for an "all in one" game that includes the all the mods from other creators, mods from the original creator, and tl's for them. Feels like its getting kinda confusing having to update everything individually

There is no one guy that stalks the MC in this, but almost everyone is out to try and lewd her. I know many have repeat events if you lose to them constantly, but there is no one really "stalking" her. I guess the guild master guy tries to corrupt her mind over time and you can get an ending with him.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. There is NO one that stalks the MC. You just have a lot of repeating events if you lose and you can lose to enemies repeatedly which will have new events if you do that. You also have NPC's that harass the MC and those NPC's events will get more lewd until they are fucking her. But they are not "stalkers", they are just people in the town that you visit for jobs/missions.
And as far as I know, Stallion is a one-off.

There are plenty of NPC's that want to marry and keep Serena to themselves, but none of them are stalkers. No one follows or obsess over her. You just get lots of NPC's that you can get bad endings with where Serena is turned/forced into their wife or sex slave.
Cecilia has a few rape scenes, plus one that you can't get unless you install the dev's mods for the game that adds an event where she gives birth to her rapist baby. I am not sure how to trigger them, but I think they only show up in the 3rd act.
And I am not sure what Mansion quest you mean.
Tell me where I can download the latest version of the game with mods specified by the developer?
Are there any situations in the game where she get´s hold prisoner or captured? (And it stays like that until she escapes)

Right now he is adding new events every week or so, so there won't be one place to get them all unless you buy the game from DLsite because I think the dev updates that download with every mod he makes, but that means you have to keep redownloading it. I would wait until he slows down with adding events before downloading the game. I mean the game is still full of good stuff, but if you want the new events too, I would wait.

No. The mods are just quick events he makes himself, he doesnt translate them. They will be at some point be machine translated but you got to remember the events are made for the Japanese version, so mixing Japanese files with the Eng patch may confuse the game engine and lead to crashes
