The toilet stallion was a reference to the stallion from VH. The first event, Serena knocks him out, giving you the chance to escape virginity intact but going a 2nd time he will rape her, dialogue changes depending if shes a virgin or not but once he's had that event he disappears for good. He doesnt come back.
To my knowledge theres only the guild master that wants to marry Serena but he's the fat pig slob thats obsessed with Serena, I think he does care about Serena's wellbeing, he does try to make sure she has work available and does advise her that everyone will try to con her at the beginning. But he does mental conditioning and hypnosis on her to make her accept him. She does at times snap out of it but towards the end if you raise certain flags, you can get his 'game over' towards the end where she's mind controlled and becomes his wife with children.
Hardly any NPC's do this. Most just use her as a tool for sex

There are other bad endings where Serena is taken and forced to be a bride and have some guys kids. They happen at the very end.
Speaking of mods, the dev behind VH Rosemary (another fork that's mainly a Serena-focused scene gallery from what I can tell - seems it's remained completely untranslated unlike even Katteban) has also gotten into modding VP. Third post from the top of

I'd originally planned to take a stab at it but it's mostly just cut-ins for lewd events of Serena all made by Rosemary, it hasn't been updated in some time and I'm unsure he plans to continue.

I ran it through MTool for a test and it does seem to work, unsure what else you use though so can't speak for that.

It looks like he's also making mods for VP as well? hopefully those get tl'ed into english too
Just hoping that the mods will reach EN and placed in Gallery someday. Kinda feel incomplete y'know, knowing something could be there but isn't

If you go to the dev's page where he posts the mods, he includes save files before the event triggers. For the Cecil birth one, it's kind of weird. I was only able to trigger it by installing the mod from the dev, then using his save right after to trigger it. Just use the bed to sleep and it should trigger.

Is it required to pay back the mistress? I rushed for that and now I have no money or jobs left other than the menial toolshop/inn work or brothel drinking with clients and I need 3000S to work with Cecilia. Going for a virgin run so money is slim.
Im not sure why it gives you the option to pay the Madam back because she gets killed off anyway, not sure if it makes any direct impact to the story. I know at some point Serena contemplates selling her underwear and pajamas for money, you get about 2000S for that I think but its just to give you that boost towards your target. If your going for virgin run and your short on money then...I think your screwed. Because further on you have to make 10,000S to buy back Cecilia

Just found out about that after using a save editor to hack in enough cash to pay off the Cecilia after that soft lock, now the game is bugged after the mistress murder and I'm stuck when leaving the inn because of Bardon picking a fight with who I think is Tim but I can't progress the dialog enough before it locks up, nor do either npcs actually appear. There is a dialog change in the police station that you paid back the mistress even though all the other dialog is if you never did. If anyone was curious but it doesn't change anything afaik. What's weird is the non EN exe will give me a message that I have enough money to sell off my underwear but I can't access the pause menu because the game is missing textures or something which doesn't happen in the EN version.
