Then you load the save in the game, watch a couple of scenes from the mod and that’s it, the game can be deleted because it is broken. and so on for each third-party mod separately

the best way to avoid any file corruption is to just have more copies of the game. For example the original (1), unicorn mod (2), timmy mod (3), and just keep 3 different games never interacting with them

tbh from what i remember you get stuck when pregnancy is progressing. Try to get pregnant, enter the hole, go to sleep, retry the next day, and so on. Once th belly it's big enough you should get stuck... hopefully it's just this
