Hi , as written in the title, I want a financial support platform that allows me to have incest, rape, and violence comics.

Don't say subscribestar please .

What is your aversion to substar anyway? Is it registration time? Because my account was up and running in a whopping 2 days.
I have registered before but they did not respond to my request. I provided them with a cover page of my work and unfortunately they did not respond. It has been more than a year.

I've heard it helped others to delete their old page and start a new one. They seem to respond to newer accounts for some reason. Wish I could tell you there was another platform for you, but I don't know of any others that are as lax.

They told me Itchio, but I don't know because I've become very afraid of the changing rules. These damned platforms change their rules every day.

The sites aren't changing their rules, they are clarifying them (i.e. making them easier to understand for the less intelligent) because certain people seem to think that certain content is allowed when it never was.

For example, based upon your earlier thread that was removed and this one, the content you seek to create would be in violation of itch.io terms for adult content:

We don’t allow hosting content that includes pornographic images or videos of real-life humans. Fictional, illustrated, and rendered content is generally fine, assuming it’s legal. Content glorifying sexual violence is not permitted. Depictions of minors, minor-presenting, or suggested minors in a sexual context are not allowed and will result in account suspension.
Our policy is not an invitation to push the boundaries of what is acceptable. Violations that result in administrative action are permanent with no chance for appeal. There is no second chance.
If you plan to collect money for your content, then you must adhere to the acceptable use policy of all respective payment processors that your account utilizes:
It’s almost impossible to come up with an exhaustive list of unacceptable products to sell, so often we have to take content reviews one at a time. If an issue arises with your account that isn’t already covered by our policy, then we will contact you and share what options you may have. Note that in some cases, if you've collected money while in violation of terms, we may be forced to refund all pending transactions, as we will not be able to process any more payments or payouts for your account.

And because you want to accept $$$$, and itch io uses PayPal and Stripe, content need to follow their guidelines, too... Which are the same ones a creator pretty much has to follow on Patreon.

Delete old profile.
Start another ss.adult page.
Keep ss.adult profile vague and nondescript and most importantly PG13.
Wait for approval.
If they havent in a week, send a message.
By then, they should approve.
Then add all your content.

**Since people are triggered by this, do at your own risk. This never was "legal advice" I am no lawyer. Hell, I am a college dropout ffs.**

He's suggesting procrastination. Tactical procrastination.
You call it that I call it Fraudulent Misrepresentation, which could get him in far more trouble than just finding somewhere for his work. When you sign up to website it may feel like just a click, skim the T&C and hey ho free money! But you're actually signing a legally valid contract, and if you misrepresent what you sell or offer.....it's a big no no if caught. The likelihood is small, they'd probably just ban his account and take the money he's still got sitting around, Patreon's done that to people for example and I bet subscribestar would too, but there is always the possibility they could take him to court for damage to reputation or other such. I get playing the game and bending the rules, but you have to play it smart.

Plus...subscribestar has two sites: one for none adult and one for adult, so the idea wouldn't work anyway.

I've seen it on Fiver.com, some guy doesn't read the terms and starts selling homework and university essay services, get's banned and then complains in the forum about why they banned him and kept all his rupees. I'd rather not have that happen to OP.

It's a fucking joke, lighten up a little. And if you really don't want him to get in trouble then just tell him no platform will knowingly host incest rape comics because even Subscribestar wants plausible deniability that they don't know their Stars are getting funded for that shit.

Well, since you answer to a legal advice, here's another one:

Once deeply fucked up because he followed what you said as a joke, he can perfectly sue you for having gave him what he thought to be a perfectly serious, valid, and legal, advice, that happen to have lead him in trouble.

It's not because it's "online", that you don't held responsibility on what you say. Joking is good, but it need to be harmless or pretty obvious, and as much as possible to not looks like a legal advice.

Such content is probably prohibited on all platforms. If you review the rules, you can see that these kinds of things are even banned on Subscribestar. They just choose not to enforce it (for now).

to be fair, it was themagicalgurl who gave the advice. if anyone should be sued, it's him
