I want a financial support platform that allows me to make incest and rape comics.

I'm not grumpy, I'm just coded that way.

to be fair, it was themagicalgurl who gave the advice. if anyone should be sued, it's him
Please, no... I don't want to loose one of my few twitter followers who isn't a bot.
Not that there's something to follow, it's purely a question of pride.

Well, since you answer to a legal advice, here's another one:

Once deeply fucked up because he followed what you said as a joke, he can perfectly sue you for having gave him what he thought to be a perfectly serious, valid, and legal, advice, that happen to have lead him in trouble.

It's not because it's "online", that you don't held responsibility on what you say. Joking is good, but it need to be harmless or pretty obvious, and as much as possible to not looks like a legal advice.
Okay resident "legal scholar". I never purported to be a legal professional nor was the advice I'm giving formal legal advice. By that vein, any of the drivel you're spewing online should also be held accountable in a court of law especially when you yourself phrase them in a way that it seems like it's legal advice, at least moreso than me. Get off your high horse

You call it that I call it Fraudulent Misrepresentation, which could get him in far more trouble than just finding somewhere for his work. When you sign up to website it may feel like just a click, skim the T&C and hey ho free money! But you're actually signing a legally valid contract, and if you misrepresent what you sell or offer.....it's a big no no if caught. The likelihood is small, they'd probably just ban his account and take the money he's still got sitting around, Patreon's done that to people for example and I bet subscribestar would too, but there is always the possibility they could take him to court for damage to reputation or other such. I get playing the game and bending the rules, but you have to play it smart.

Plus...subscribestar has two sites: one for none adult and one for adult, so the idea wouldn't work anyway.

I've seen it on Fiver.com, some guy doesn't read the terms and starts selling homework and university essay services, get's banned and then complains in the forum about why they banned him and kept all his rupees. I'd rather not have that happen to OP.
Nobody has ever, ever, ever, ever in their long legged life ever been decieved by anything I produce.

Corporations aren't your friend, buddy.

why are you face palming me for? i'm not the one saying you could be sued

shoot the messenger
OP is the same guy wanting to make a loli game. If he would find my concept (not advice really) faulty and aim to sue, he would have to admit in court he is making an illegal game that could result in jail time in many American states.....

Thus, I am not worried about the ramifications. Also, take the post with all the salt from the Pacific Ocean. This is F95Zone of all places. You shouldn't be taking this place serious at all.

You messed a bit, but it's a detail

What have I done to you? Why do you insist to see me killed?

I have children, and there's also tons of code lines who depend on me to exist... Don't be a monster, remove the contract you put on my head.
not a mess-up, good sir! i'm just lazy and dropped a "to". spelled out, "shoot the messenger " would be "to shoot the messenger " as in "i'm facepalming the fact that you want to shoot the messenger"

well i rather he shoot you than me!

Actually I wrote loli to make my topic more clear and for your information Japan allows it but I personally hate loli content a lot but I only like incest and rape content in comics so I want to make sure that there is a platform that supports that only.

a platform that supports that
Not one whose target audience is outside of Japan. They all have guidelines/TOS/standards that forbid such content. Some are more committed to enforcing their standards than others. And some only respond when a report is received.

So while a creator of such content may get a listing initially -- the clock starts ticking on their ability to collect funds on such sites. It could be 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, 10 years. It could be they could get away with it for the entire time they are creating. But all it takes is one report from one disgruntled fan (for not making content for their waifu, for not putting in content they want, for just simply them being assholes) - and boom goes the dynamite.

Anonymity would be a good thing.
