Not a feature I really pay attention to but you can change clothes in Trapped on a Monster Island but it's purely visual.
Ariadne has clothing as an important mechanic and there are a bunch of games where your clothes can break and need to be fixed in some way to avoid being raped, Virgin's Protection Magic is the first besides Ariadne that comes to mind.

The Kagura version of this game only has ~3 outfits, each with 2 states. The clothes do not affect nor are affected by combat. The F95zone thread initially started with a fan translated and modded version, which can still be found in the comments. The modded added way more clothes and gave some of the outfits a third state. It does have a lot of bugs, though. Also, unlike other RPGM games, the standard combat system is only used three times (in the prologue, arena and final boss battle).

Unlike most games, the clothes states can be toggled at specific areas and are not affected by combat.
