at first me too thought the eye size ... but no it is not the size. somehow the eyes look like glued onto the faces afterwards, collage-style ... or sth.

in the 2nd character the eye on the left (their right) seems to extend beyond the face/ skull, maybe this caused the impression that the eyes are pasted upon.

overall I think the art is fine, like really fine, if not for me (not a HUGE-breasts fan)

You're making an extremely common mistake for a beginner artist known as "

You must be registered to see the links

" which basically means that you are drawing what you think something looks like rather than what it actually looks like. This concept is obviously more important for realistic drawings, not anime stuff, but the theory still applies for things like proportions and shading.

With this sort of art style, less is often more. Pay attention to your reference material and don't overthink it.
