are there any 2d text based games with high customization with animations and pictures, ik its a lot but there is probably at least 1 like that? anyone?

Text based games tend to have very few pictures by their very nature, i've never seen one with animations.

Your best bet is to scavenge every VN (visual novel) based games, hoping a few of them fits your bill. Rare, but possible to find them.
