how do you combined the weapons?

You need to buy it in the shop, when you have it just look at database to see what the combination is. Some item need max level + breaking the skull thingy in map to evolve

You can get health regen from either a perk or the hamburger weapon. The hamburger has like a 30 second reload that you have to do manually though. I managed to beat it using the guitar weapon and focusing on crit perks and running a circle around the stage. The hammer is really good on mobs but almost impossible to kill the boss with, so don't fall for it.

The hammer is great once you upgrade it to level five it does like a thousand damage per hit, Ive kill bosses easier with the hammer than the guitar, plus their is a flask that heals periodically and it heals quicker the more you upgrade it.

there is hamburger but its bad

There is a flash perk or whatever it called that heals over a certain amount of time, the more you upgrade it the faster it heals you, if you move around the map and break the random breakables it gives you a chance of a healing item. Honestly though if it had natural regen it would be too easy in my opinion. Nothing like have 100 health running rounds trying to find a healing item when I don't have a healing perk or ability.
