Seeking I'd like to find something like together bnb, only more finished

So I watched this video reviewing Together BnB, and it sounds interesting. Yeah, it's janky, but I like how you can do all this differednt stuff like drive around in a car, shoot animals, and a bunch of minigames with cute girls. But it's in SUPER early acess.

I'd like to find something like this, only with more in it. I'd prefer it also be an FPS like Together BNB but I thank you for whatever you'd like to recommend

I really like that pov and interactive kinds of games, so after many hours of playing different VN's, i've started to search anything interesting, that runs with Unity or Unreal, and that's the key point.
So, here it comes:
Some modelling agency 9/10 oh man dat good
house party 10/10 oh man
Honey Select 2 : not really first-person walking sim, but at least hq-3d sex-sandbox (sexbox, lol)
wild life (dat one is quality product!)
taste of seduction (kinda of, but more like VN)
z-island (but it's more like VN)
sunbay city (gta + z-island)
last hope
the handyman (dunno know why, but that game is really catchy)
code valkyriell, iragon, mahou arms - not really walking sim, but more like hack & clash with nudity bonus
