Identify ID Request: Younger sister game with unique gameplay

I'm trying to find a game that was uploaded here a while ago. The game's plot was that the MC's sister is leaving for a vacation, which he misunderstands as her leaving the country for good. In order to keep his sister from leaving her gets her into sexual events during the days she has left before she leaves. The game play boils down into: the sister walks in a straight line from on side of a map to the other while the you as the MC add events in her way which cause her to change direction in order for her to hit special landmarks on the map which lead to longer scenes.

If anyone can id this game, please let me know.
