The title says it all. So feel free to discuss. For me I've had a few half baked ideas but only two actually have any thought put in to it. The first started out as an idea for a gundam game but it eventual just turned into a game concept about the girls from giant robot franchises itself. I'm not entirely sure how the plot would go but I was thinking something like super robot wars where everything just takes place in the same world or sd gundam overworld where things kind of take place in a computer world that keep record's of all the world's history that can be interactive with. It's been awhile since I played that one so I can't remember the finer details of the setting. I think a mix between visual novel and strategy rpg would be best. For me gameplay is really important in a porn game. After all it a porn GAME. I think the idea of getting a harem of girl and a collection of giant robots and other machines would make a good game but I don't know the best way it would be implemented in a srpg. I want to talk more about it but I wouldn't know what to say seeing as the only experience I have with games is playing them. The second is an rpg that's plot starts off on a small scale but works its way up. It plot would be that you are a young, respected and renameable man who has been having a dream about a castle and a strange woman. He lives in a small village in the middle of nowhere. It starts with you talking too and doing quests for important npcs and party members. Eventually a young kid gets lost and there mother wants you to find them. You find them being attacked by a wild boar close to a pretty rundown castle that shouldn't be there. So you kill the pig, save the kid, get a reward from the mother and investigate the familiar castle. The long and short of it is the strange woman want's you take over the world, surround yourself strong and trustworthy people and get a harem. The main inspiration for this is the Suikoden franchise and the last sovereign. The gameplay would be managing your territory, defending it, expanding it, recruiting characters, having with some of said characters, basic rpg stuff and other things I can't think of right now. Those are my ideas and I would love to know what you guys think. And I can't wait to hear all of your ideas.

It would be cool to see a game where you're a barbarian warlord in a Conan/Skyrim type setting and have to rise through the ranks of your clan to eventually become warlord. You could meet women, both common and warriors who you could fight/fuck/marry etc in polygamous relationships with the intent on growing your tribe, making it as strong as possible and having as many children as possible. As you play, NPCs and your character age slowly over time. Your MC could potentially be killed or grow too old, resulting in you having to play as your kid/heir and the story would continue as you take territory from enemies in the name of your bloodline. There could be a stat system which represented DNA so your next progeny would combine stats of your MC and the NPC you mated with resulting in different character builds and incentive to try different gameplay routes such as warrior, politician, rogue etc.
That sounds kind of like Mount and blade bannerlord. With how easy it is to mod that game you're idea is definitely possible.

It's still in early access and pretty expensive. So if you are interested get warband, the prequel. It's has less features but is cheap.

I have an Idea for a game that I just don't have the programming knowledge to pull off (and I don't have the time to learn that knowledge).
It would be a game with a similar gameplay to XCOM and WotC.
The plot idea would be an all female alien empire that procreate via sex with other sentient females (irrespective of species), similar to some species of whiptail lizards, launches a virus that eliminates 99.9% of males and sterilizes the remaining 0.1%, and then invades with plans to turn human females into slaves for sexual pleasure and procreation.
Humanity would unleash a fully female force to combat the aliens.
But since the alien technology would make them impervious to human weapons, and since the aliens wanted to sexually subjugate, not kill human women, all the combat would involve sex based attacks.
Long range attacks would be like grenades that release aphrodisiacs instead of explosives, etc., while close combat would be stuff like groping, cunnlingus, or penetration via sex toy weapons, etc.
Instead of characters being killed, they would be incapacitated if they were forced to orgasm. And captured characters would be sexually enslaved with cutscenes involving the sex(the player would have the option to launch missions to rescue captured characters).
The design of the aliens would of course be done to look sexually appealing and would be a mix of appearances ranging from lolis to milfs.

Is there a temp stamina boost if you go around posting about censored dongs, machine poetry, and whether that vanilla content is avoidable?
As for my 5 minute game pitch: I'm thinking an Ace Attorney style mystery game, but rather than playing as a plucky young idealist who's out to maintain justice for the people, you play an established and cynical man who's just wants to be paid and get laid, with the order not being important.
In this game you:
- Take on cases, meeting many a fine lady as you delve into mysteries! (Emphasis on fine.)
- Negotiate your fees, finding what works best for them! (With perhaps 'alternate' methods of payment?)
- Keep your client's spirit up as the case progresses! (Maybe you require an extra bit of 'motivation'?)
- Gather clues as you search for the real culprit! (Oh noes! Did you forget that key piece of evidence on the Rich Widow's nightstand again? Oh well.)
- Promise to take care of their family/loved ones if it's not looking good! ("Now now, don't look at it as indentured servitude young lady.")
- If all else fails, kidnap the prosecutor so you win judgement by default! (Meh, she had it coming.)

McAfee said it contained a virus.
Tried playing anyway.
Crashed on launch.
Whined on forums until someone gave me a work around.
Tried it out, but it's too hard so I'm giving it a 1 star rating and complaining about more stuff in the thread for it.
Also need someone to compress the files, send a full save, port to android and apple devices, list all the cheat codes, and make some mods that add incest, remove the hygiene bar, and activate Mod powers of the MC because reasons.
BTW these gfx suck. Needs more animations. Unsubbing from your Patreon until all my totally valid demands have been met.

I don't see the interest in a nasty creep like that. The only interesting thing would be to shatter his heart wrapped in adipose tissue by tying him to his office chair and having an MMF threesome on his desk with LIs 2 and 3. Who you hired in his name, on the company budget, as an intern and an inmate on a work rehabilitation programme, of course.
Game ideas that will probably never get made or, in the alternative, never finished:
1. games with 50+ characters, all of whom have names and backstories and can be seduced
2. games that have high end graphics, animated cutscenes and start out strong
3. games that feature romantic rivals/obstacles but where NTR really doesn't happen(at least not graphically)
4. games where the MC gets laid early and often and the challenge isn't sexual in nature but rather you get more graphic or wild scenes as you progress in the main story(wait, actually, NLT's games kinda do this...)
5. Games with a female protagonist where her options are actually decent and goals relatable for a female player(and not just lesbian players)

Imagine a game about a zombie apocalypse, but where instead of zombies there will be crazy feminists, LGBTQ+ activists and all sorts of fighters for equality and identity.
You are a typical, traditional couple, newlyweds on their honeymoon, just recently had your wedding night, your first for both of you, you both lost your virginity. You wake up in the morning in an exalted state of mind, you feel happy to be around each other. Your now wife jumps out of bed and laughingly runs to the bathroom to get there first. As she sits on the toilet with her slim legs crossed and her white panties down, you turn on the TV for the latest news, but none of the channels are working, nothing yet portends trouble, but the worm of doubt and anxiety is already creeping into your head. And when you are about to order into your room for breakfast and no one answers your call, you begin to worry. As you leave the room, at first you hear absolutely nothing - there is a dead silence in the hallway, when suddenly, there are shouts, you see a group of armed men and women running in your direction, they are shouting something to you. Someone is chasing them, but you can't see anything yet. Figuring they need help and are not dangerous, you decide to hold the door and let them run into the room. After catching their breath, they look at you and the serenity around you with undisguised surprise, when suddenly, one of the women lets out a strangled scream. All eyes are on the tall man next to her, awkwardly covering his wrist with his palm, a scarlet drope of blood trickling out. Confused, he says it's fine, that he hasn't been bitten, he's just scratched somewhere, but the others look at him skeptically, in disbelief. At this point, one of the men, who seemed to be the leader of the group, steps forward and asks.
"Tell me, how many genders are there?"
A faint shadow of a smile appears on the tall man's face, he knows exactly the right answer, however.
"T... twww... Ttttwww."
You can see that he is trying very hard to give the right answer, but something is preventing him from doing so, preventing him from opening his mouth and saying the right word. Suddenly, he shouts,
"Seventy-two!!!"
He gets down on one knee and starts listing all the nonsense you might have heard from all sorts of lunatics on Twitter about, gay marriage, abortion, those whose lives are more important. A strange expression appears in the leader's eyes, an expression of dark determination. He raises his hand, which holds a big axe and with the words
"Now he's one of them" He chops off his head.
"May the gods have mercy on his sinful soul."
Then you find out that while you were enjoying your wedding night a liberal-democratic plague has broken out in the world, turning everyone it touches into b;ood hungry fighters for rights and freedoms and modern, non-traditional values. You join one of the last surviving group of normal people to revive a familiar world of tradition and destroy this contagion.
