Ideas for new twists on inecst games

I've had an idea for a while and tempted to get feedback or maybe just luck out and have someone steal it.

I'd probably title this thing "Enabler" or something similar.

The premise would be that you start engaged to a fun, bubbly, hot and wild girl. You're both like early to mid 20's. She knows everything you like to do in bed and is really good at all of it.

You take her to meet the family over a long Xmas break. Your family consisting of a caring mother, a sweet younger sister, a bitchy older sister, a wild aunt and either an ex tomboy or super shy cousin (both if someone is feeling ambitious).

The family has strong resemblance and similar hair color (brown, black or blonde) but the GF/Fiance is clearly not a member of your family (thinking ginger, Latina or asian)

She picks up on some dynamics that could be considered flirty between you and your family members . Hugs that last a little too long, lots of compliments, or drunken sexual bragging.

She makes sure you know she notices. You get all apologetic while you settle in for the night. Bu then she starts laying into you.

"Look, I had suspicions but this just confirms ALL of it. You never clear your browser history, you think I don't see how much incest porn you watch?!"

She then pushes you onto the bed climbs on top of you, gets right in your face and says.

"Almost as much as me"

She then gets topless and lays out her plan for the week while giving you a handjob.

She is going to get you into the pants of every woman in this house. And she'll do whatever I takes to make it happen. If that means seducing someone on her own and then guilting her into a threesome, bragging about how great of a fuck you are and engineering a situation to leave you two alone, stoking the flames of jealousy she is going to make it happen and watch you do it.

She's the perfect girlfriend who makes sure all your incest dreams come true.
But more generally a game where an out of the family wife or girlfriend is the one who is your ultimate wing woman when it comes to incest. Feels like it's an aspect that just has not been done enough.

It's an original and refreshing concept, to be sure. My only (minor) gripe is with the old trope of "I know you're into incest", sometimes manifesting as "mom masturbates while calling son's name (or the other way around)".

Personally, I find them to be crude shortcuts taken by lazy authors. With a little imagination and patience, two charters can find they are into incest (or any other fetish) without the moment of discovery being so obvious.

I see A LOT of potential in this ideea.
I would love to play something like this but I want to give some of my opinions, take them however you want.

My biggest problem is this:

Your family consisting of a caring mother, a sweet younger sister, a bitchy older sister, a wild aunt and either an ex tomboy or super shy cousin.

These stereotypes are overdone at this point and they really just don't work in a lot of western games.

The mother doesn't have to treat her son like the most precious thing in the world, she can care about him but also not hesitate to embarass him in front of his GF and rest of family (like most mothers do IRL.). She also shouldn't be a sex starved single woman, she could be the last target, peer pressured into it by every other girl.

The aunt doesn't have to be a cougar ex-pornstar or whatever, she can just be a crass woman who makes some inappropriate comments about her/ the MC's sex life here and there.

Instead of a bitchy sister why not just a colder younger one, like most teenagers, glued to her phone and not interested in the family gathering or her brother's GF. As for the other sister she can be doting or have a good relationship with MC without having to go too far into the sweet/ in love aspect.

For the love of God don't have the father be dead or "on a business trip". For this type of story the father can actually be present in the story, I could see some interesting interactions: MC doing it with one of the sisters and dad thinks it's with his GF and warns him about it, or the GF spying on the parents and maybe sending a picture to MC. (Optionally the GF could even push the father into some situations with his daughters if incest is really her kink.)

Basically don't have characters that are extreme stereotypes, tone them down a lot.

What if the MC isn't actually that much into incest and instead it's just the GF's kink. As you said she would notice some dynamics (long hugs, flirting, open sex talks) and just let her imagination go wild and try to corrupt MC and others into her perverted fantasies and manipulate the events without him knowing too much.

Ultimately it's about the execution of the ideea, it could end up a great game or a crappy game, it depends.

Have a few thoughts on the comments. My general attitude is tropes are tropes because they work along with the statement "change one thing you're a genius, change two you're a mad genius change any more and you're just crazy" so I'd want to build the one new addition around stuff that works. But yeah if you're already burned out on them you're already burned out on them.

I tend to disagree on the mom and sisters. I can't really see a "spark" in those examples. Arguments can lead to tension, admiration can lead to tension an aloof sister would just be like "why is my creepy brother looking at my ass, god I can't wait to move out"

As for the mother the over the top thing is a problem, but I like the thought of her having an attraction to her children that she can give a wholesome veneer to. I kind of see her as sexually frustrated for her own reasons, she's very busy at her job and maybe keeps some distance because of her attractions.

I actually agree on the aunt, and see her more as a lifelong bartender single mom who flirts for tips but actually gets really vulnerable when the sex happens. (And maybe is the one having the least sex out of everyone)

Also kind of agree on the dad, but some people freak the fuck out if more than one male is fucking in the story. But if I thought I was good enough I could get people into it when its cool pretty much a requirement that the girlfriend is going to have to fuck the dad I'd be down. I even think a cool scene would be he finds out about the incest last and the girlfriend offers to get dp'd by father and son while mom has to watch as a peace offering. But yeah just afraid of NTR hate, and if he is around I don't want him to just be some pathetic cuck.

Also I kind of like the "incest saves the marriage" trope so I'd be down.

Also I tend to agree on jumping to the conclusion early. It might be cool if the girlfriend revealed she'd seen him jerking it to family beach photos on top of the incest porn and waited until she saw them interact in person to make a move, plus she wanted him too horny to think rationally about how crazy her idea is iand be n a situation she could make things happen before confronting him.

Also not really into people not being on board so the peer pressure thing wouldn't really turn me on... though if it did get used I think it would work better with cell phone sister.

I have long been a big, big fan of the idea of a wife/girlfriend not only being in favor of, but in actively working towards setting her man up with a harem, including his and her own family members. I think this idea has potential. I like the idea of a relationship with your wing woman.

You should keep developing it if it interests you. Maybe, just write some scenes with the characters to get a feel for their personalities and see where things go. Or as some authors suggest, have imaginary conversations with the characters, ask them things, and see how they respond.

One thing you might want to consider is how much agency the player will have, as far as choices or if there would be any other gameplay mechanics. If the wing woman is planning things, does the player have any say in that planning?

Or if the story is linear, would there be any other game mechanics, or would this be purely a kinetic novel?

I think making whatever you enjoy most is usually a good idea.

The whole incest "thing" I have seen in games tracks like your story idea. Oh I am not knocking it or even advising not trying it; what I am saying its going to be tough to come out with something new enough to standout from the rest of the games out there.

Suppose we all could list games with simular plots, and characters that are mentioned in your outline to make our point, However its a tough enough project to work on to be worthy of trying if only there was a different angle to make it more real or playable.

Problem with most games, including those around incest, there are few consequences involved. Some games range from the ridiculous plots of supernatural forces to the totally implausible. And its alright if those kind of games are being made; just like they keep making Star Wars movies. My only point is why bother making something that has already been done and done poorly.

First thing I would do in your shoes is look at my plot and theme and decide to either re-invent the wheel, or build a car and go from there. Great thing about fantasy is anything is possible.

Here let me throw this idea out for you as an idea for your outline:

The family is rich and has decided to go boating in the Pacific Ocean as a family reunion (a.k.a. Gillagan's Island) and war breaks out in the South China Sea and neighboring seas. The Yacht is accidently fired upon and is forced to make land fall on a large desert island. Keep the incest tendencies of your protagonist so as to move the story down that rabbit hole. But add the the social dynamics of the family with the stress of survival as well as having jealous rivalries both sexually and personal discord

It's not that novel of a idea but it could be pretty hot. Depends on the level of writing obviously.

So, a touch of Haley's story but reverted, with a touch of WVM, and the common base of any incest story where the MC pass a pact with a demon/succubus/other. It can be interesting, but it have nothing new. It also lack of a motive for the girlfriend to act like this.

It would be more interesting, and a little more original, if the said girlfriend was in fact lusting for MC's mother, and goes into MC's pant with the intent to corrupt him into incest, this for her to end having sex with the mother and sisters as often as she want it. She's the one who want a harem, as many girls as she can have, and a dick for when she want to be filled with flesh and not plastic.

The protagonist being in his twenties and sexually experienced makes the idea better than the average, but still not very original. To be original get away from:

- Contemporary settings: They are boring and un-inspired. Cyberpunk and Steampunk are propably the best alternatives, but post-apocalyptic or fantasy setting may work as well.
- Caring/doting mothers: Don't start with a normal happy family. Let an estranged mother, who left her familiy 20 years ago repay her debts, as her new husband kicks her out and she seeks shelter at her daughter's (or son's if you insist) home.
- The mom/two sisters/aunt constellation: This one is done ad nauseam. You could just focus on the mom or add a grandma if you like older women (or plastic surgery).
- Romantizicing incest: Don't try to tell a love story or make your characters good people. It's about breaking an absolute taboo and it's supposed to be dirty.

Just by reading the first post i'm already done and bored with the game and it didn't even came out yet.
The whole idea feels so generic that even my brain was automaticaly picturing the whole scenario in Honey Select engine. Tone down the roster a bit, make it just the Mom,Dad and Sister but make sure the characters are really fleshed out. Quality over quantity.
Also a girlfriend helping you out with getting into pants of your relatives is not very original, like somebody said earlier you're just replacing the usual succubus that was already done to death in other games.

The concept is nice, the wingman/Harem queen is something that should be great fun, Belle from Lltp had the wingman thing down and it worked really well, that seems like an angle you could use and some sort of threesome/poly oriented game is a nice change.

However i would suggest changing up the "stock" personalities a bit, perhaps a divorced bitch aunt with a bit of man hate/sexual frustration going on, a tomboy/lez leaning older sister for the wingman to prey on, an impressionable younger sister who looks up to the GF perhaps. Just don't go with the "standard" option, it's overused and boring, shake it up a little, make it your own and make use of the unusual aspects of the setup, make the wingman/GF a real character and not an "also ran".

i've played Haley's story, but i don't remember the MC's mom getting in on anything (tho it has been awhile). n i keep looking at WVM from time-2-time, but just can't get drawn in...no incest, besty, rapey, n going by the tags n OP description, there's no demon/succubus/other-worldly being helping out, like there is in Timestamps; or am i wrong on that?

I'm working on an "unofficial" incest patch for an as-of-yet unreleased visual novel where the original author uses sex to distract from or add to and essentially increase the tension from the overarching conflicts in the story. My job is then to take each characters' motivations from a vanilla standpoint, throw in a hefty dash of sweet-home-Alabama, and create incest content that makes sense regardless of it's vanilla roots. Seems easy enough, just a matter of find and replace 'friend' with 'sister' right? But when you take into consideration the grand ambitions that the guy has for storytelling coupled along with his meticulous style where every little detail matters, it's hard to come up with stuff that adapts the vanilla story well in an incest context.

Anyways, what I've learned about putting new twists on incest (or anything in general) from adapting his work is that it doesn't really matter if the incest idea is done to death before, what matters is the execution, the depth of the situation, the consequences of engaging in incestuous acts and it's effects on the story as a whole. The guy layers conflicts on top of conflicts so that when you get to your cliched moments, they feel fresh because you can hardly recognize those cliches with those layers of complexity on top.

For example, *spoiler alert*, he has a scene where four friends are drinking with the MC, we'll call them Abby, Beth, Carli, and Daphne. Of course these friends are all potential love interests (I've rewritten 3 of them to be sisters of the MC). One friend, who we'll call Abby, is an alcoholic who the MC has time and time again criticized for being an alcoholic. The MC is in a predicament because he wants to look good in front of his new friend and current romantic prospect, Beth, so he wants to take the drink, but then he'd be a hypocrite because he heavily criticizes Abby for drinking. But there's more complexity because the whole party was set up by Beth, a very devious girl who kinda wants to watch the world burn, so that she could spike MC's drink and give Carli a naughty 7 minutes in heaven with him. At this point, Carli is in a sort of a very desperate unrequited love situation with the MC and she wants him to make a move on her with urgency (plot details hidden) so hence the spiking. However, Daphne notices MC hesitating to drink the spiked shot so she secretly takes it for him while none of the girls notice. As luck would have it, a sober MC and a very drunk and horny Daphne end up in a closet together instead of Carli, and MC basically gets raped by his friend.

Many layers here. Abby thinks MC a hypocrite because his shot disappeared, meaning that she thinks he drank it even though we know he did not. Beth furthers her own plan of chaos because she has a new pawn in her schemes in the form of Daphne. Carli has no idea what happened in the closet, whether the drug worked and whether MC fucked Daphne is a mystery to her. Daphne may or may not have a clue as to what happened in the closet, but her drunk actions definitely changes things between her and the MC. All of this is basically a twist on your standard 7 minutes in heaven/spin-the-bottle cliche but with added layers to make it feel fresh and different. It's no different for incest.

Rewriting the scene with incest where Abby, Carli, and Daphne are sisters of the MC and Beth is the friend of Carli and we get something interesting. Carli wants an incestuous relationship with her brother, who probably wouldn't approve of such a thing, until Beth convinces Carli that he might if he gets the "right" push. Carli agrees to have him spiked so he'd be open to such a thing. Like before, pressure from Abby causes MC to hesitate on drinking the spiked drink, which makes his sister Daphne take the shot instead. Instead of 7 minutes in heaven with Beth like he wants, or with Carli like Carli wants, he shares the moment with Daphne who he thinks is harmless. She's his sister, what could possibly go wrong? But of course she rapes him and that begins the first of their incestuous escapades. There's a bit of irony in the incest side of things that doesn't exist in the original in that Carli tries to get her brother to indulge in incest but all she manages to do is get him to fuck his other sister instead of her.

Of course I'm heavily paraphrasing here to keep things brief but I hope you get the idea of how you can turn simple cliched old ideas into great fresh new scenes by painting them with extra coats of complexity. Creating fresh incest content can be done in the same vein.

You are right, but the comparison wasn't made with the content, but with the main keys of the stories.

In Haley's story, the sister is madly in love with the MC, but she is the one forcing him to have a girlfriend, telling him what he have to do for her to fall in love ; sometimes she's even the one doing it, then saying that it's MC's idea. So the opposite of his story where the girlfriend push, and help, the MC into incest with the girls of the family.
As for WVM, it's MC's girlfriend who decide that he can have sex with any girls he want, as long as she have her word to say for each girl, and pushed him into doing it. MC's best friend (a sisterly figure) and the girlfriend's sister are part of those girls, at one point it will probably include the woman who raised him (a motherly figure). Therefore, his story lurk in this direction, with just a smaller number of potential girls in the harem.

I haven't said it at this time, all this doesn't mean that the idea is bad, just that it have nothing effectively new. Finding a new story idea is difficult, if not impossible. You can just arrange otherwise ideas that have already be used. But, as I implied, the story need to be consistent and the main protagonist(s) need a strong and valid motive.
And it's what is missing in the story as he presented it. That the girlfriend want the MC to have sex with other girls, why not, it's totally possible. But why MC's mother and sisters ? There's tons of girls that would more willingly agree that them. And it's where the story lack of a motive ; the girlfriend have no reason to push the MC into the bed of the women that will be the hardest to get.
It can still be a story, and then a game, but without this motive, it will be an empty one. "Ok, I'm playing a story where MC's girlfriend push her man to have incestuous sex for a totally unknown random reason, why not ?"

as much as I don't really like (lame) incest stories - there are always ways to make them interesting.
One way could be to make this story a bit LESS MC centric - not all the girls would fall for him but that could be used to his advantage:
- the two clans would live next door to each other (not together)
clan1
- the mom/landlady (let's call her "adult 1") casual working mom (or is she?)*
- the 2/3 sisters/tenants (as you like them - (with a twist they are a lot like Adult 1)
clan 2
- the mom/adult1 bestie (let's call her Adult 2) - sure why not a bartender... (like with tattoos piercings - a bad girl mom/bestie)**
- the 2 sisters/tenants - a bit like their mom/tenant but not too much.***

MC - typical whatever you like
MC's GF: a wild red-head ( I dig that) with a little secret****
