There is a monochrome RPGmaker game. It has turn based combat. If I were to name a game that is similar to it I would name "To kill a fairy tale". That game actually reminds me a lot of the game I can't remember. It is also part of a series of games originally in Japanese. There is at least more than one game but as far as I am aware there is only one of them translated the rest could be found on DLsite but I already went spent a decent chunk of time combing through F95 to try to find it and do not want to do it again. The main character might be named Nanashi. The enemies are succubi or demons.

Thats not it. Very specifically mostly black and white monochromatic. If I remember correctly sometimes the eyes might be colored. In regards to the plot they mention hollows in the game dialogue. The art-style is a bit higher fidelity than To kill a fairy tale but not by too much. The proportions at least on the character I remember are a bit on the bigger side. The art style is more on the soft side.

Never mind it was Doll's quest by Kanikamaworks. I do not think it is on F95zone right now proper but I think I found it through a link here. I thought there were more games in the same series.
