Definitely was in Japanese. In black and white with pixel graphics. It opened in a small window on the desktop, live spying on someone in their home from a top down view. The Occupant would follow a schedule throughout the day and you could only find them in certain times of in game time in parts of their house. As the days progressed you got points , that you could spend to unlock other rooms, then you could also spend on devices to spy on them. It got really complicated towards the end where there was some maze you could explore when the occupant was away. Came across it years ago but didn't finish it. Any ideas?
