I'm at the 3rd stage/chapter and still haven't seen any nudity (just bouncing bazongas). I'm wondering if this is going to need a No-nudity tag?

Its lagging issues has something to do with region not being set to chinese.
Also if your 1 hit by the first enemy, your region is not set to chinese

Given the fact that the Steam page has no age verification/login requirement, I'd say there's no sexual content.

"Idle" genre of games are characterized by huge numbers. To the point that most of them have a switch in settings for different format of writing big numbers, and in discussions people only mention the exponent of their numbers.
It does not necessarily mean they are grindy.

I guess I'll need to play this one to see if it's like that.

Well the story follows the girl you choose at the start and another person of an unspecified gender on their quest to clear some miasma or whatever so... I guess not?

It doesn't look like the game has, or will have in the future, any explicit CGs anyway.
