The Idols can have affairs with powerful, presumably married men, or you may be flirting with them and them with you while they have a boyfriend. I believe you can also force them to break up with their boyfriend / girlfriend as well. Sex doesn't happen onscreen but is implied through events you get.

I had one who got into a scandal because she was sleeping with a TV producer which ironically me picking the wrong option cost me 150 million yen in damages bankrupting me in a single click.

Ironically not that far off from what a real life idol scandal would do in Japan. lol

You have to have a dance studio / choreographer, a recording studio / music dude bought and a business lady office / lady to make a single. YOu also need to research a few things to get the ability to record a single.
